Terms of Service

Clear expectations for every booking.

INVYTE is operated by INVYTE Tanzania, based in Sinza Bamaga, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. These terms apply to all event bookings made with INVYTE Tanzania. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms.

1. The Service

INVYTE provides a fully managed event guest service that includes WhatsApp invitation delivery, SMS fallback, guest follow-up, QR code admission control, live attendance reporting, and post-event attendance reports. The specific scope of service for each event is agreed at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once INVYTE has received the agreed event details, guest list, and any applicable deposit or payment. INVYTE will confirm the agreed service scope in writing before the event date.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate and complete guest list prior to the agreed preparation deadline
  • Confirming that they are authorised to share guest contact details with INVYTE for the purpose of invitation delivery and event admission
  • Confirming that guests have been informed their contact details will be used to send event invitations and manage their entry
  • Providing accurate event details including venue, date, time, and any specific admission rules
  • Notifying INVYTE promptly of any changes to the guest list or event details

INVYTE relies on the accuracy of the information provided by the client. We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or late guest records.

4. Data Handling

Guest records provided by the client are used solely to deliver the agreed event service. They are not shared with third parties for other purposes, not reused across other events, and are permanently deleted after the final attendance report has been delivered.

5. On-Site Service

INVYTE will provide trained staff and scanning equipment on the event date as agreed. Our team will manage the admission process according to the rules and guest list confirmed by the client. INVYTE reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who cannot be verified against the approved guest list, subject to any exceptions agreed with the client in advance.

6. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations or significant changes to event scope must be communicated in writing as early as possible. Fees for work already completed or resources already committed may apply depending on the timing and nature of the change. INVYTE will communicate any applicable charges clearly before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

INVYTE will deliver its services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to venue infrastructure failures, guest behaviour, or force majeure events. Our liability in connection with any event is limited to the fees paid by the client for that event.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
